Spring time background

This is my first attempt at this so if it doesn't work bare with me. Went to the Japanese garden a few days ago and shot some pics. It's late and I'll get more up in the next few days. You should be able to right click and save as background if you like. Spring is almost here!

Leroy Grannis

 Found out the other day that Leroy Grannis died. It's always a little sad to think that someone who inspired you has passed. Found this photo of his, it's one of my all time surf favorites. The color, mood, body language. Everything about this picture makes me want to go surf. I think that's what makes a good surf photo.  If after looking at it for a few seconds you want to run out the door and jump in the ocean, it's done correctly. Thanks Leroy for all the great images and inspiration.
