Been a little while since I've posted lately. Busy summer. Lots of racing, lots of training. Put together this quick vid of the race at Alki. Great weather, glassy fast conditions. More posts will be on the way when things slow down a bit.
Hi Rennick, Jon asked me to look at your stroke and comment. Your stroke looks good, you get good reach and catch and good shoulder stack. You might want to experiment with your lower hand position, you may be able to get more leverage with a wider (lower) grip on the shaft but hard to tell on the gopro video and no reference point on the paddle.
